Skill Training

Jute for Life imparts free of cost jute bags production training to rural unskilled women artisans by forming a self-help group, hence converting it into Training - cum - Production center in the village giving employment at every doorstep.

These trainings are important for rural women because they provide options for better livelihoods. When women learn a new skill it helps them earn an income, which then develops their confidence and builds their worth in the eyes of their families and society.
